Totem Pole Creations

Ms. Greenglass's KNA First Canadians grade 9 class, are learning all about Native Studies and produced Totem Poles. A Totem Pole is a tall wooden pole that is carved and painted with symbols, figures, or masks which represent different Native Tribes. The students loved doing this activity and remained very engaged. Most important the students gained so much knowledge!
